Among the celebrities who showed up at the opening reception for the Douglas Kirkland photo exhibition, "Freeze Frame: 5 Decades of Photographs by Douglas Kirkland," at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences‘ Beverly Hills headquarters this past Thursday were cinematographer Haskell Wexler, actors Michael York and Jacqueline Bisset, and several members of the (movie) von Trapp family.
