Shirley Jones, Ann Rutherford at James Stewart Centennial Tribute

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences presented a special centennial tribute to James Stewart on June 12, 2008, at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.

Among those present were Robert Wagner, who hosted the event; James Stewart’s fellow co-players Ann Rutherford and Shirley Jones; 1930s child actress Cora Sue Collins; and Stewart’s daughter Kelly Stewart. Carroll Baker was supposed to attend the tribute, but in case she did show up she was nowhere to be found in the Academy’s photos.
