Warner 1940 Bloopers

Would you like to feel the unparalleled thrill of hearing George Brent curse (and of watching him act quite ungentlemanly toward forgetful Merle Oberon in ‘Til We Meet Again)? Or of witnessing hammy Paul Muni forget his lines over and over again? How about watching Miriam Hopkins‘ dramatic moment in The Old Maid ruined by a young maid (as in housemaid), who trips and lands face first on the floor? Or catching a blonde Jane Wyman unable to remember her goddamned line? And I think it’s Pat O’Brien’s toupee that goes flying at one point.

Those are Warner Bros. bloopers of the period 1939-1940 (and whereabouts).
