2005 Bavarian Film Awards

 

Sophie Scholl - Die letzten Tage aka Sophie Scholl The Final Days (2005) directed by Marc Rothemund, starring Julia Jentsch, Fabian Hinrichs

I’ve just added the list of winners of the 2005 Bavarian Film Awards. Sophie Scholl - die letzten Tage / Sophie Scholl - The Final Days won the Best Production award, while Andreas Dresen was chosen Best Director for Sommer vorm Balkon. Other winners include Ulrich Mühe, Best Actor for Das Leben der Anderen, and Best Actress Nina Hoss for Die Weisse Massai. Maximilian Schell, who won an Academy Award for his performance in Stanley Kramer’s 1961 courtroom drama Judgment in Nuremberg, received this year’s Honorary Award.

The 2005 Bavarian Film Awards were presented on Jan. 13 in Munich.
