Chronicles of a TV Show Disappearance

In the New York Times, Jacques Steinberg discusses an alleged connection between Fundamentalist Christian support for Disney’s The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and ABC’s decision to cancel the reality show Welcome to the Neighborhood, which was supposed to point out that bigots could accept gays as people once they actually got to know them. (Note: ABC is owned by Disney.)
