Michael Winterbottom’s 9 SONGS to Be Shown in New Zealand
July 18th, 2005 by Andre Soares
Despite attempts to have it banned by those horrified by the on-screen portrayal of that most horrific and vile of human habits — that’s sex, folks — Michael Winterbottom’s 9 Songs, which offers graphic depictions of penetration, masturbation, and oral sex, was screened in Wellington on Saturday, and is due to be released elsewhere in New Zealand.
9 Songs stars Kieran O’Brien and Margo Stilley.
