Ciao, Silvio

Il Caimano / The Alligator, Nani Moretti’s cinematic attack on Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi - who’s found himself embroiled in more corruption scandals than many a mafiosi - has opened in Italy this week. In the cast: Silvio Orlando, Margherita Buy, and Michele Placido.
A very confusing article on AGI says that Moretti’s film is, well, quite confusing (also, "inconsistent," "complicated," and - perhaps appropriately, considering Berlusconi’s politics - "apocalyptic"). Or so I think. You can read the article for yourself and reach your own conclusions here. Note: Italian elections are only about two weeks away.
