American Film Market 2007The American Film Market (AFM) has announced its schedule of seminars and conferences addressing distribution, budgeting, finance, locations, fair use, production incentives, digital distribution, film adaptation, and mobile. Presented by Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and KPMG LLP, 16 sessions featuring executives, filmmakers, producers, distributors, financiers, and talent from the entertainment world will be held during AFM in Santa Monica at Le Merigot Hotel and the Fairmont Miramar Hotel from November 1 to 6.

In addition to the Independent Film & Television Alliance (IFTA), other 2007 AFM lectures are being programmed by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, SAGIndie, the American Society of Cinematographers, Film Independent, Writers Guild of America, West, the Directors Guild of America, and Women in Film.
