Babelgum Online Film Festival Accepting Submissions

The newly created Babelgum Online Film Festival officially opens for submissions tonight at midnight GMT. The online festival gives contestants the chance to win €20,000 in each category as well as, according to the festival’s press release, "a share in relevant advertising revenue."
To date, categories include:
- The Babelgum Looking for Genius Award
- The Babelgum Short Film Award
- The Babelgum Documentary Award
- The Babelgum Animation Award
- The Babelgum Social/Environment Award
- The Babelgum Spot/Advertising Award
- Plus the just announced Babelgum Music Video Award
Submissions can be uploaded at http://www.babelgum.com/online-film-festival/index.html?subscribe.
Website visitors will rate the submissions before those are judged by the festival jury, led by Spike Lee.
