Starring Jet Li, Andy Lau, and Takeshi Kaneshiro, The Warlords is set in war-torn 19th-century China, where three blood brothers find themselves at odds with one another. In April, The Warriors was the big winner at the Hong Kong Film Awards, taking home eight trophies including best film and best director for Peter Chan. According to Variety, the film has grossed more than US$35 million in China.
