I believe you're referring to Ulrich Seidl's "Import/Export," which was shown in competition this year at Cannes.
The Ukrainian woman moves to Vienna; an Austrian father and his son go sell candy machines in the Ukraine.
More details in this "New York Times" report:

Don't know if this is the proper avenue, but it is the only one that I can find at this time.
I am looking for a title of a film that was at cannes. I do not believe it won any awards but the audience was very excited about it.
It follows the lives of two people:
A girl that migrates to the Ukraine & her struggles.
Also a boy with his father who migrate out of Ukraine & their life situations.
Please forward if there is a better source
Thanks,
Jim
