Toronto Film Festival’s Line-up

 

Toronto International Film Festival 2005The Toronto International Film Festival will be offering a record 109 world premieres, plus an added 28 international premieres — movies that have not been shown outside their country of origin.

Among the world premieres are Deepa Mehta’s controversial Water, Roman Polanski’s Oliver Twist, Stephen Frears’s Mrs. Henderson Presents, starring Judi Dench and Bob Hoskins, and Terry Gilliam’s Tideland.

The 30th edition of the Toronto festival kicks off on September 8. 335 films will be screened in 10 days.
