LITTLE CHILDREN – Kate Winslet, Patrick Wilson

Capsule Review: Little Children.
Despite an intriguing premise — Little Children feels like a cross between American Beauty and Peyton Place — several good directorial touches, a couple of first-rate performances, and generally excellent technical credits, Todd Field’s "satirical melodrama" suffers from a facile, irritatingly dishonest epilogue — shades of Paul Haggis and Bobby Moresco’s Crash.

Maybe the movie wasn’t all that great, but the sex scenes were good, no?
Kate should have won the oscar for this one. She shold have won for Titanic too. Kate is the best greatest actress of her generation.
