With foreign films and indies struggling to get screens, it makes me think if you're outside of NYC and L.A. you might have to wait to DVD this. I have read that they want it to come out in December and there will be tons of big budget releases by then. I see this film playing well in Europe, but I doubt it will in the States. Most people in the U.S. will stay away due to subject matter and historical setting, which is sad. Kristen Scott Thomas, who is a brilliant actress, is also in this. She does not get enough recognition here. I'll probably be able to see this at my local indie theater in the Village. I wonder if this film will ever screen in America. Nice that he cares about the roles and the art and not just the money. He seems very unhollywood which is refreshing. I think he is gorgeous and talented and I hope he has a great career ahead.
