Taylor Lautner, Tom Cruise’s Les Grossman: MTV Movie Awards Spot

Robert Pattinson was first; now it’s his The Twilight Saga: Eclipse co-star Taylor Lautner’s turn to be yelled at by Tom Cruise’s Les Grossman of Tropic Thunder infamy.

Pattinson was berated for daring to suggest he was going to clean up and wash his hair. In the clip above, Lautner gets an earful as the mega mogul threatens to replace him if he dares not to show up at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Lautner had told him he would rather go to his best friend’s wedding. Can’t say I found this as inventive as the one with Pattinson. Cruise, for one, looks like a cgi creation.

Pattinson has been in Los Angeles filming Water for Elephants, while Lautner and Kristen Stewart spent time in Australia promoting The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

Can’t beat the “Your filthy hair makes you a star” spoof on Pattinson. Good thing Lautner didn’t try to compete, he’s still a kid and doesn’t need that type of arse kicking. This was perfect and the joke was on Cruise’ character not Lautner. Pattinson is a sport for allowing them to make fun of his personal hygiene.
