ALICE IN WONDERLAND Box Office: No. 45 All-Time Grosser

The White Rabbit in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland

Starring Johnny Depp, Mia Wasikowska, Helena Bonham Carter, and Anne Hathaway, Alice in Wonderland is currently #45 on Box Office Mojo's all-time domestic box-office chart. As of Sunday, March 21, Alice in Wonderland has grossed an impressive $265.4 million in North America. And to think that Tim Burton's 3D-converted fantasy adventure has been out for a little over three weeks.

How much further up the chart Alice will go remains to be seen. Each weekend, it's been losing 45-50 percent of the previous week's take. It'll surely cross the $300 million mark, but whether it'll reach $400 million (or even $350 million) is debatable.

On Box Office Mojo's inflation-adjusted chart, Alice in Wonderland is nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, that inflation-adjusted chart stops at #100. The lowest grosser on there is Tom Cruise's Top Gun with $362.2 million.
