I have a "Journey to the Center of the Earth" DVD that works very well in a standard (non-HD) tv. It makes no sense to not release a 3D version, especially after it's theater rerelease, that can't be viewed on a regular tv. Unless, of course, they are trying to promote people to buy an expensive 3D tv. So, I won't be buting the Avatar DVD at all, unless I can get a 3D version that I can watch on my regular tv.
