It just blows my mind the number of jealous haters out there, and apparently many of them are critics. Those that have seen the movie, including myself, give it great reviews and commend Rob on his acting. On boxofficemojo it has a 71% grade A rating and only 17% giving it an F rating. The rest were in the middle. That's from people who have actually seen the movie, not too bad a rating imo. Green Zone really bombed but hardly anything is being said about that movie, it had a budget of $100 million and went way past that amount. Remember Me had a small budget of $16m.

Tyler didn't kill himself! Did you actually see the film? If you did then you didn't understand the end and I feel sorry for you. It was a great film! Well acted, beautifully sad story with an uplifting smile at the very end! The critics are all mad as the JD's Mad Hatter!!!

I saw the movie with an open mind and disregarded those critics that were negative about it. The movie got really good reviews from some of the more respected critics, like USA today and Roger Ebert, to name a few. Anyway, the movie was brilliant and my take on it was that it was a beautiful love story and a very touching tribute to the events of the time, a reminder that sometimes we get lost in numbers and forget that each and every individual that was taken during that tragedy had their own personal story. Robert's acting was amazing as was the other cast members. From those that have seen it there is about an 80% or higher approval rating. Rob deserves a lot of credit for the boldness he showed in choosing this script and making this movie. He could have played it safe and put out the usual mindless fluff that Hollywood mostly churns out, but he wants to be known as a serious actor who takes his craft seriously. He is not a famewhore like most of them and is not in the business just to make money, he wants to put out decent and thought provoking work, like Remember Me. To me the film isn't just about remembering Tyler but about remembering and honoring everyone that lost their lives that day. If you haven't seen it yet GO.

I get the impression from all the critics that have given negative reviews that they are trying to tear Robert pattinson down. I saw the movie and I thoght it was great. I would recommend it to anyone. Don't listen to the critics, go and judge for yourself. I identified with three of the issues portrayed in the movie and the reaction I had with some of the events that occurred in the movie were very similar to those that I had in real life. Some were gut punches and thats how they were in real life. I believe one critic said "completely fraudulent". If I have identified with the issues then it can't be fraudulent. I didn't know what to expect when I went in but I was surprised, it is not like alot of the movies today which are action packed and use sex to sell. I enjoyed it alot and I took from it "enjoy and be grateful for what you have in life because it can easily be taken away"

No wonder Hollywood is so screwed up! They don't get the fact that real lives are complicated, messy and sometimes tragic. I am so sick of "critics" who wouldn't know reality if it bit them in the rear. I've already seen the Remember Me 3 times (yes, Pattinson is mesmorizing) but, more importantly I loved the dialogue, the various relationships and the ending. Each time I have seen it, it reminds me to remember what is important.

I saw the movie and was really hit home was the fact that my children lived that life. Their father was only interested in making money and his next conquest. He virtually ignored our daughter making her feel unworthy of his love. Our youngest son commited suicide and my oldest son disappeared for five years trying to deal with the loss of his brother. I thought the young stars play the loss of their individual family members well, but I didn't get why Tyler killed himself.

The movie is great! Diferent from the usual action-but-no-plot young people usually go for...And yes, "it could as well have been French", because French movies usually have interesting plots. At the exception of Lena Olin's, the acting is good. Rob is intriguing, as always; the relationships felt real. The movie was always about 911, but the critics don't seem to get it! They missed the point and should not be critizing anything!

Seems overseas critics are jaded, too. The script broke the rules, so did the event. Yes, Pattinson got it to the multiplex; bravo to him and all involved for a thought-provoking film.
