2009 Torino GLBT Film Festival: Catalonian filmmaker Ventura Pons (above right, with festival director Giovanni Minerba) presents his latest feature, Forasters / Strangers. In Strangers, a traditional family goes through two traumatic experiences over the course of four decades. First, one family members passes away; later on, their apparent familial harmony is disrupted by the arrival of two neighbors, strangers.
