MALTA TV INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL 2009: Call for Entries

From April, TVM, the national public broadcasting station, will be broadcasting for the first time in Malta and also in Europe, a short film festival from around the world which will not only show films but be judged by a professional jury and also by public vote. The short film medium today are not only a stepping stone to full feature films but a genre it its own right.  Although producing a short film might reduce the technical, financial and human resources required to produce the film, but on the other hand, the creativity, room for experimentation and artistic risk is more often than not heightened.
