Robert Pattinson News: Hot Twilight actor
In the above photo, Twilight's Robert Pattinson, one of the hottest stars of the early 21st century, poses for the cameras on the 2011 Golden Globes' red carpet. Pattinson and his two 2010 releases – Allen Coulter's romantic drama Remember Me and David Slade's vampire-human-werewolf love triangle The Twilight Saga: Eclipse – weren't nominated for any Globes. Even so, the vampire Edward Cullen was there with TRON: Legacy's Olivia Wilde to present the Best Foreign Language Film Award to Susanne Bier's surprise winner, the Danish drama A Better World – which also went on to take home that year's Academy Award.
Back then, Robert Pattinson's presence at the Golden Globes worked two ways: Pattinson was a good TV-audience magnet and his participation in the ceremony was a good reminder to Globe watchers that he had a movie coming out the following spring. The Pattinson movie in question was Francis Lawrence's Water for Elephants, a period circus drama co-starring Oscar winners Reese Witherspoon (Walk the Line) and Christoph Waltz (Inglourious Basterds).
Though not a major hit in a year dominated by comedies, special-effects-laden action / adventure flicks, and fantastical tales, Water for Elephants was one of a handful of straight dramas (not horror / action / fantasy / crime) to earn more than $50 million at the domestic box office in 2011. The film's worldwide cume was $117.09 million.
Robert Pattinson movies
Later in 2011, Robert Pattinson was seen once again as the lovestruck vampire Edward Cullen in Breaking Dawn - Part 1, directed by Bill Condon (Kinsey / Dreamgirls), and co-starring Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. The first official Breaking Dawn picture, showing Pattinson's Edward and Stewart's Bella in nuptial bliss, was released on “Golden Globes Sunday” as well.
Breaking Dawn - Part 1 eventually became the year's third biggest hit in North America, grossing $281.28 million. In the no. 4 slot worldwide, the film collected $705.1 million.
Earlier Robert Pattinson movies include How to Be; Mike Newell's Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, as Cedric Diggory; Little Ashes, in which he plays Salvador Dali as a conflicted gay man in a doomed relationship with poet Federico García Lorca (Javier Beltrán); and two previous Twilight Saga entries: Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight (2008) and Chris Weitz's New Moon (2009). Pattinson was also featured in the short The Summer House and in Mira Nair's Vanity Fair.

Now, look carefully at the Robert Pattinson photo at the top of this article. In all truth, does Pattinson look like a werewolf? (Make sure to click on the “werewolf” link. And no, we don't agree at all with that person's assessment.)
